How does annual billing work?
Pay for 12 months upfront and get 20% off: S$1,008/yr (Starter) or S$5,100/yr (Studio). You can switch billing frequency at renewal.
What counts as an editor?
An editor can create, modify, and publish. Viewers can browse and comment for free. Each paid plan includes 1 editor; additional editors are S$50/mo each.
What is the component cap?
A component is a BIM object: a wall, door, window, beam, slab, etc. The cap applies per workspace. Most small residential projects stay well within the Free tier.
